A new petition has been launched calling on NHS employers and the Department of Health and Social Care to protect and support Nursing Associates Across the NHS
Martyn Davey, one of the first registered nursing associates and host of Just a Sharp Scratch podcast, has launched a petition requiring the Department of Health and Social Care to address many of the issues facing student and registered nursing associates. The petition calls for improving understanding of the nursing associate role and to provide clear routes of progression and career development for nursing associates.
